Theraputic Riding Center of Cole Camp to Hold Third Annual “Remember to Dream” Trail Ride Challenge [INTERVIEW]
Many people in our area love the outdoors. Since we have so many great agricultural groups and organizations, this kind of stuff goes hand in hand. One event that’s coming up this Saturday will be the best of those two worlds.
The 3rd Annual Benefit Trail Ride Challenge will be held on Sept. 21. All proceeds will go to the Theraputic Riding Center of Cole Camp. The event will start at 10:00 a.m. at 26243 Benton Dr in Stover. It’ll be a trail ride with six judged obstacles, a great meal and a chance to win prizes and cash.
I got the chance to talk to Harvey Mueller about the Remember to Dream Ride and everything they’re raising money for.
There will be a paid entry of $30. Helmets and boots are suggested. No dogs, and negative coggins required. A meal donation will be $10, and the special guest will be Matt Jobe.
For more information call Deb DaSilva at 573-377-4827. The sign up deadline is technically past for entrants, that was Sept. 14. However, Deb said she’d take entrants until Tuesday night. So you’ve got a little bit longer to sign up. You can still attend and you definitely should!
