2-Vehicle Wreck Sends Warrensburg Driver to Hospital

A two-vehicle wreck in Johnson County sent a Warrensburg man to the hospital Monday afternoon.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the wreck at 2:00, on MO-13 at County Road SE 300.

According to the online crash report, an eastbound 1993 GMC Postal vehicle failed to yield to a southbound 1997 Ford L800. The vehicles then collided.

The driver of the Ford, 80-year old Claude D. Parrott, suffered moderate injuries in the accident. He was taken to Research Hospital, by JCAD, for treatment.

The crash report indicates the driver of the GMC, 30-year old Kristal D. Lockhart, of Warrensburg, was not injured.

Both vehicles were totaled.
