A Vehicle Accident Wednesday Afternoon Caused Minor Injuries to Two Teenagers

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a one vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon that caused minor injuries to two, 16-year-olds, in Sedalia.

The accident occurred just before 5:00 on Main Street Road, just west of Curry Drive.

A 2014 Chevy Cruz was traveling west bound, when it traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a culvert.

The driver, 16-year-old Katie L. Goodson, and a passenger, 16-year-old Mckinnley R. Long, both of Sedalia, suffered minor injuries in the accident. According to that report, both teenagers refused medical treatment.

The Chevy Cruz was extensively damaged.
