A Warrensburg Man was Killed in a Vehicle Accident Wednesday Afternoon

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a one-vehicle accident that resulted in the death of a Warrensburg man.

The accident occurred around 2:15 Wednesday afternoon in Jackson County. A 2007 GMC was traveling east on Highway 50, just east of Smart Road.

The GMC traveled off the right side of the road and overturned, ejecting the driver.

The driver, identified as 47-year old Charles D. Roderick, of Warrensburg, was killed in the accident. The body was taken to the Jackson County Medical Examiner’s office.
