Cole Camp woman and child injured in a Benton County Accident Tuesday

Just before 8am Tuesday morning the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a two-vehicle accident on Missouri Highway 52 at Crest Avenue in Benton County. The accident reportedly occurred as the 1992 Mazda MX3 driven by 28-year-old Felicia L. Sadler of Cole Camp was turning onto Missouri Highway 52 from Crest Avenue, and failed to yield to the 2011 Chevrolet HHR driven by 59-year-old Dale L. Gallup of Knob Noster, causing the Gallup vehicle to strike the Sadler vehicle. Sadler and her passenger 4-year-old Claire Sadler of Cole Camp were both wearing safety devices, and suffered minor injuries. Both victims were transported to Buffalo Regional Hospital by Cole Camp EMS for treatment.

Holden man receives minor injuries in a vehicle accident involving a deer

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol Accident report at 5:55am this (Wednesday) morning, the driver of a 2012 Chevrolet identified as 61-year-old Mark D. Koehn of Holden, was travelling on US 50 Highway west of Missouri Route “AA”, when he struck a deer in the roadway. Koehn received minor injuries in the accident, and was transported to Lee’s Summit Medical Center by Johnson County EMS for treatment.
