Vehicle stolen in Belton Missouri recovered in Sedalia

At 8:39 Wednesday night the Sedalia Police responded to a residence in the 800 block of West 2nd on an abandoned vehicle left on the owner’s property. Upon arrival a computer check revealed the vehicle had been reported stolen by the Belton Police Department. The police report states the vehicle was towed to a storage area. There was no other information on the incident.

Pettis County Sheriff’s Deputies investigate a case of identity theft

According to a Pettis County Sheriff’s report just before 11am this (Thursday) morning Pettis County Deputies investigated a case of identity theft, in the 18000 block of Jackson Road in Pettis County. No further information was available at news time.
