Theft Complaints filed with the Sedalia Police and Pettis County Sheriff’s Office

 

At 10:45am this (Tuesday) morning a victim in the 3200 block of East Broadway filed a theft complaint with the Sedalia Police Department. According to the victim someone entered his home and stole his prescription pain medication. There were no suspects at news time.

Around 2:30pm Monday afternoon Sedalia Police spoke to a person in the 400 block of West 11th, who had reportedly found three pairs of ladies underwear, and a Walmart Gift Card. The police report states the items were from a vehicle in the area, which also had CDs, and an ashtray full of change stolen. The cash and CDs were not recovered.

Just after 12:30am Monday morning Sedalia Police were dispatched to Pit Crew Automotive at 520 West Benton on a property damage, and theft complaint. Upon arrival the complainant told the officers, that sometime after 8pm Saturday night someone entered two of his customer’s vehicles, and rummaged through them. There was no information on missing items, or damage to the vehicles in the police report.

Late Sunday night the Pettis County sheriff’s Office reported a burglary at a residence in the 24000 block of Oak Grove Lane. There was no information on any items that may have been stolen, and no suspects were known at the time of the Sheriff’s report
