Burglary with a gun reported at a residence on East 13th

Late Thursday night Sedalia Police were dispatched to a reported burglary at a home in the 800 block of east 13th. Upon arrival the victims told the officers suspects entered their residence, and one of them had a handgun. The suspects took numerous items from the residence then left the area. The police report states the suspects had not been located at the time of the police report.

Pettis County accident reported on Missouri Highway 52 Thursday afternoon

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a two-vehicle accident on Missouri Highway 52 at Missouri 127, at 4:25pm Thursday afternoon. The accident reportedly happened as the 2012 Chevrolet driven by 32-year-old Nathan Hill of Leeton was yielding to oncoming traffic to make a left-hand turn, when a Mack Concrete Pumper Truck driven by 46-year-old Troy B. White of Russellville, struck the Chevrolet in the rear. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts, and received only minor injuries. Both victims refused treatment at the scene. Damage to both vehicles was classified as extensive.
