Disturbance call Wednesday afternoon results in arrest for Sedalia man

At 1pm Wednesday afternoon Sedalia Police were dispatched to a disturbance in the 400 block of West 6th. Upon arrival the officers were informed that the suspect was in a vehicle leaving the scene. The police report states the vehicle was stopped in the area of 7th and Moniteau a short time later. During an investigation officers located a passenger with a failure to appear warrant out of Pettis County.  The passenger identified as 18-year-old Dylan Avery of Sedalia was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail pending a $400 bond.

The Breaktime at 808 East Broadway reported a $33.27 fuel drive off. The suspect had not been located at the time of the police report.
