21-year-old Sedalia man arrested on a Pettis County Warrant

At 12:40 Monday afternoon Sedalia Police arrested 21-year-old Araceli Cano-Rodriguez of Sedalia on a Pettis County failure to appear warrant. At the time of the police report he was in the Pettis County jail pending a $1500 cash or surety bond.

Sedalia Woman arrested for stealing Monday afternoon

At 12:49 Monday afternoon Sedalia police were dispatched to a theft at a business in the 3400 block of West Broadway. Upon arrival the officer made contact with 38-year-old Victoria Long of Sedalia, who reportedly had the $10.49 hair coloring product in her purse. She was issued a summons and a court date at the scene.

Sedalia man issued a summons for eating a donut he reportedly didn’t pay for

Around 8:41 Monday morning Sedalia Police were dispatched to Wood’s at 701 East Broadway on a theft complaint. Upon arrival the store manager told the officer the suspect was observed eating a chocolate donut, then attempting to leave the store without paying. Officers issued 26-year-old Mitchell W. Duncan of Sedalia a Municipal Summons and a court date.

Possible suspect identified in a break in on South Engineer

Monday morning Sedalia Police took a theft complaint from a victim in the 500 block of South Engineer. According to the victim his shed was broken into, and numerous items were stolen. The victim also said the shed was damaged in the incident. The police report states the victim provided information on a possible suspect, and an investigation is ongoing.
