Armed Robbery reported at a local Casey’s this (Friday) morning

At 2:46 this (Friday) morning Sedalia Police responded to the Casey’s Store located at 1601 East Broadway on a robbery report. Upon arrival the female victim reported a man in dark clothes wearing a mask pointed a gun at her and asked for all the money. The woman put the money in a bag and the man left the store with an unknown amount of money from the register. The suspect had not been identified at the time of the police report.

Pedestrian struck by a vehicle at the Katy Trail at Clarendon Road

Just before 9pm Thursday night Sedalia Police were dispatched to Bothwell Regional Health Center on a victim that was struck by a vehicle. Upon arrival the victim told the officers he was struck by a vehicle while walking in the area of Katy Trail and Clarendon Road. The victim said he was able to walk home where he called for transport to the hospital. The suspect is being sought at news time.

According to a female victim her debit card has been used to make unauthorized purchases on-line. The victim gave officers a suspect’s information in the case.

A man in the 400 block of east Broadway reported a tire on his vehicle had been slashed sometime overnight Wednesday.
