50-year-old homeless man arrested on a violation of an ex-parte

 

Just before 4pm Thursday afternoon Sedalia Police were dispatched to a local business in the 400 block of West 7th on a suspect in violation of an ex-parte/full order of protection. Upon arrival 50-year-old Douglas E. Bolejack, a homeless person was arrested and transported to the Pettis County jail where he was placed on 24-hour hold pending formal charges.

 

Sedalia man arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia last Sunday

 

Early last Sunday morning Sedalia Police arrested 57-year-old Lloyd Edward Moore Jr. of Sedalia on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and transported to the Pettis County jail pending a $533.50 bond.

 

Prisoner exchange at the Morgan County Line Thursday night

 

At 10:20pm Thursday night Sedalia Police were dispatched to the Morgan County line to receive a suspect with a Sedalia failure to appear warrant. Upon arrival officers took custody of 23-year-old Christopher Antony Onofrio of Sedalia, and transported him to the Pettis County Jail pending an $88.50 cash only bond.

 

Two-subjects report a gun was pointed at them while they were at Walmart

 

At 5:30 Thursday night Sedalia Police investigated an assault with a gun. According to the two-victims someone pointed a gun at them while they were at the Walmart Store earlier in the day. The police report states the suspect had not been located, but charges are being pursued in the incident.

 

Intoxicated female taken into custody at an Eastside Casey’s Store

 

Around 1:50 this Friday morning Sedalia Police responded to the Casey’s Convenience Store at 1601 east Broadway on a female subject who would not leave. Upon arrival officers made contact with a 59-year-old Lamonte woman, who told them she was intoxicated, and had no place to go. The woman also said she was afraid for her safety due to the inclement weather. The woman was taken in to protective custody, and transported to the Pettis County Jail, where she was placed on 12 hour protective custody hold.
