Arrest and summons follows a traffic stop Friday night

Just before 9pm Friday night the Sedalia Police stopped a vehicle at 16th and Moniteau for a break light that was out. A check on the occupants revealed a passenger identified as 31-year-old Brandon A Carlock of Sedalia had a Jackson County warrant. The officers also found the driver, 19-year-old Taylor Michael Gilliam of Sedalia was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Carlock was transported to the Pettis County jail pending a $1000 bond on the warrant. Gilliam was issued a summons and a court date for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Two suspects arrested Friday evening for stealing at the Dollar General

At 6:47 Friday evening the Sedalia Police took a theft complaint at the Dollar General located at 2402 West Broadway. According to the complainant two suspects took items from the outside racks, and left without paying for them. The police report states the suspects identified aas 48-year-old Bennie Elton Montgomery and 37-year-old Amy Irene Clark both of Sedalia were located, and the items were returned. Both suspects were issued summonses with court dates.

29-year-old Sedalia man arrested for resisting arrest

Sedalia Police were dispatched to the Endzone at 3129 West Broadway on a disturbance Saturday night. Upon arrival the officers located the suspect 29-year-old Charles Michael Billingsley of Sedalia who was reportedly trying to fight other patrons. Billingsley was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail pending a bond of $533.50 on a charge of resisting arrest, and a non-classified charge.

At 9:34 Sunday night 60-year-old Stella M. Fulcher was issued a summons and given a court date on a charge of Loud Noise.
