Pizza Hut Driver robbed at gunpoint Sunday night

Just after 11pm Sunday night the Sedalia police were dispatched to a residence in the 400 block of North Osage on a robbery complaint. Upon arrival the officers made contact with the victim a Pizza Delivery man. According to the victim he was robbed at gunpoint in the driveway of the residence. The victim was not injured in the incident, and there were no suspects at the time of the police report.

Sedalia Police investigate a rape complaint in the 400 block of east Booneville

At 11:24 Saturday morning the Sedalia Police responded to a residence in the 400 block of east Booneville on a reported rape. Upon arrival the victim told the officers she believes she was raped in the residence sometime overnight.  The police report states the victim could not recall specific details of the incident. The victim was transported to the Bothwell Regional Health Center for further evaluation.

Sedalia man arrested for property damage at Hubbard Park

Around 11pm Sunday night Sedalia Police received a call on a subject doing donuts in the grassy area of Hubbard Park. Upon arrival officers found the suspect and the vehicle in the parking lot of the park. The police report states the suspect was identified by a witness, and was arrested. At the time of the police report police arrested 22-year-old Isidro Rubio-Herrera of Sedalia, and transported him to the Pettis County Jail. The police report states he is charged with no operator’s license, not driving carefully, and destruction of city property. Bond on the charges was set at $1174.

Burglary reported on Sedalia’s east side Friday

At 3:34pm Friday afternoon a victim in the 500 block of east 4th reported a burglary. According to the victim his home was entered by force through the back door, and various tools were stolen. There was no information on a suspect at news time.

A hit and run accident was reported in the 1000 block of west 3rd Sunday afternoon. There was no information on the amount of damage, and no suspect information was available at news time.
