Sedalia Police arrest a Sedalia woman for receiving stolen property Wednesday morning

At 8:37 Wednesday morning Sedalia Police Officers assisted the STING Unit with a search warrant at a residence in the 1200 block of South Massachusetts. During a search of the residence officers located checks belonging to six-victims who did not live at the residence. Arrested at the scene was 30-year-old Sarah A. Renaud of the residence. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on 24-hour hold pending a charge of receiving stolen property.

Oak Grove man arrested on a theft charge Tuesday afternoon

Just after 2pm Tuesday afternoon Sedalia Police were dispatched to the 500 block of South Ohio for a report of stealing, in which the victim recovered his own property. The police report states Bobby T. Baker of Oak Grove was arrested and taken to the Pettis County jail pending a charge of stealing.

57-year-old Sedalia man arrested on an active warrant Tuesday afternoon

Around 4pm Tuesday afternoon Sedalia Police arrested 57-year-old Jackie W. Brewer of Sedalia on an outstanding warrant during a traffic stop. The police report also states he was a revoked driver. Bond on the two charges was set at $620.

Pettis County sheriff’s crime Reports

At 2:27 this (Thursday) morning Pettis County Sheriff’s Deputies stopped a vehicle in the area of US-50 Highway and Air Park Road.  A check on the driver Christopher Scott Davis revealed he had two active Pettis County warrants for his arrest. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail pending bond on the warrants.

On Tuesday Pettis County Deputies arrested Jason Klein on an active warrant at the Probation and Parole Office located at 205 Thompson Road.

On Monday the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an unlawful use of a weapon complaint. Further investigation lead deputies to a residence in the 4200 block of West Main, where they made contact with Adam Snyder, who was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail pending state charges of unlawful use of a weapon.

On Monday a victim in the 31000 block of Overstreet Road reported a black Angus Bull has been either lost or stolen.
