39-year-old man arrested for weapons charges Wednesday night

At 11:39 Wednesday night Sedalia Police were dispatched to a residence in the area of the 2600 block of Woodlawn Drive in reference to a disturbance. According to the police report a caller told officers his son had a shotgun, and was threatening them with it. Upon arrival officers arrested 39-year-old Adam L. Kettle of Sedalia and transported him to the Pettis County jail pending state charges of 1st degree domestic assault, armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon.

Vandals shoot windows out of a Westside home

Just before 7pm Wednesday evening Sedalia Police responded to a property damage call in the 800 block of West 7th. Upon arrival the victim reported multiple windows, and a door were shot out of a residence. There were no suspects or witnesses at the time of the police report.
