Afternoon Sedalia Police Crime Reports For Tuesday June 16, 2015

Sedalia woman arrested at Wal-Mart Monday evening

At 5:20 Monday evening the Sedalia Police responded to the Wal-Mart Store at 3201 west Broadway on a theft complaint. Upon arrival officers were told the suspect had switched tags on clothing. Arrested at the scene was 48-year-old Elizabeth Ann Myers of Sedalia, and transported her to the Pettis County Jail pending a $1067 bond.

Sedalia Police investigate vandalism cases in Sedalia

Just before 8am Monday morning Sedalia Police took a vandalism complaint from a victim in the 900 block of West Main. The victim reported that someone had damaged windows on the west side of his building. There was no information on a suspect, and no damage estimate was available at news time.

Monday evening a complainant in the 1000 block of South Vermont reported someone had keyed his vehicle. There were no suspects at the time of the police report.
