Alan Ray Felten, 56, of Sedalia, died Sunday, November 18, 2012, at his home.

He was born October 24, 1956, in Sedalia, a son of Lyle L. and Patricia Jean (Gramlich) Felten.

He was raised and educated in Sedalia, graduating from Sacred Heart High School in 1975. He worked as a laborer in heavy construction and was a member of Local Union #663. He was a member of St. Patrick Church.

He is survived by his parents, Lyle and Patty Felten; four siblings, Debbie Smith, and her husband, Fred, Cindy Dick, and her husband, Jerry, Kent Felten, all of Sedalia, and Mark Felten, and his wife, Pam, of Chesterfield; and several nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 21, 2012, at St. Patrick Church with Father Mark Miller officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
