Albert "Bud" Leroy Anderson, 71, of Sedalia, passed away Thursday, February 12, 2015 at his home. He was born on February 1, 1944 in Hughesville, MO, a son of Albert and Mary (Langston) Anderson, who preceded him in death.

On December 28, 2012 in Sedalia, MO, he was united in marriage to Sharon Rose Davis, who survives of the home.

Bud loved his family and especially enjoyed his time with his grandkids. He loved hunting, fishing, and going to Jamaica. He also enjoyed time spent with his beloved dog, Odie. Bud served his country honorably in the United States Army through the Vietnam War.

Besides his wife, he is survived by three children, Kevin Anderson of St. Joseph, MO, T.J. Hayworth (Jennifer) of Leeton, MO, and Regina Hayworth of Sedalia; one sister, Mary Anderson of Sedalia; and six grandchildren, Trenton Hayworth, Zach Anderson, Lily Hayworth, Mallory Anderson, Makayla Hayworth, and a baby girl on the way..

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Johnny Anderson.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 16, 2015 at Faith Baptist Church, Sedalia, with Pastor Dan Hankins officiating.

The family will receive friends at the church for a visitation, one hour prior to the service.

Following the service, there will be a private burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Sedalia.

Pallbearers will be Allen Cornwall, Mike Pyle, Bill Wall and Tom Gruber.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the family or the Dialysis Clinic of Sedalia, in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
