Area crime reports 12-18-18

Sedalia Police responded to a report a stolen vehicle from CarMart located near 32nd and Quisenberry on Dec. 12. According to the report, the suspect attempted to remove the tires and rims from the vehicle.


On Sunday at noon, Sedalia Police responded to Denny's, 2401 W. Broadway. According to a report, a Hispanic male said he left his debit card in his vehicle, leaving a Texas driver's license behind. The suspect then drove off. The driver's license depicted a 53-year-old man, while Denny's management said the suspect appeared to be in his 30s. The subject later returned to the restaurant and paid for his meal. The officer attempted to arrest the man, but he resisted and eluded arrest. He was not yet arrested at the time of the report.


Pettis County deputies arrested Josh Robinson of Pettis County on Monday in the 3000 block of Brooking Park for harassment and resisting arrest.


The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 36-year-old Daniel W. Neth of Sedalia in Pettis County on Monday night at 10:45 p.m. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail where he was booked and released on charges of felony DWI prior offender, speeding, and following too closely.
