I thought about telling you what I think should happen to a man that abuses a woman, but then I figured the images that it would conjure are too graphic to put on this site. Suffice it to say that I think they should be dealt with swiftly and severely.
There are several different types of abuse. Physical, sexual violence/abuse, psychological and economic. Many times, multiple forms will manifest themselves in an abusive relationship. Women sometimes stay in these situations way too long. You DO have a choice.
According to a survey of young adults by a candy company called Maynards, technology makes it easier for people to prank their friends, but the old-school ways are still the best.

A group artist show is scheduled for Friday, October 5 at the Liberty Center in Sedalia from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Ten local artists will be displaying 64 different pieces at this show. Cliff Knickmeyer is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and currently a LaMonte police officer. During a pursuit of a suspect, he noticed something wrong with his toe. He assumed that it was injured in the chase. When it didn't heal for a week, he visited his physician and found out blood clots in his leg were to blame and he would require surgery.

There was much excitement recently with the opening of Panera Bread Company and Freddie’s Steakburgers, and we already have some great places to eat, but there are a few places that would be pretty great if we had them in town.
