New Zipline Attraction to Fly High Over This Year’s Missouri State Fair

Today on my way into work, I decided to drive through the fairgrounds just to see what has already been put up.  I saw some new food vendors that already have my mouth salivating, the Bud Tent is up, and even some carnival rides.  I stopped to talk for a bit and got filled in on something I'm extremely excited for that is all new this year at the fair.

The Fruit Club Stops in Sedalia for the Fruit Truck Load Sale [PHOTOS]

The Fruit Club made a stop in Sedalia at North 65 Cafe last weekend to deliver fresh, hand-picked Georgia peaches. The Fruit Club offers seasonal fruit from only the best orchards in the United States. This month they brought peaches hand-picked the night before and driven on a semi truck from Fort Valley, Ga. to Sedalia.

Saving Lives With The American Red Cross and St. Louis Cardinals Blood Drive

The American Red Cross came back to Sedalia, this time with a little help from the St. Louis Cardinals. The blood drive was held at the Katy Depot. The turnout was great and those who donated got a specially designed shirt from the St. Louis Cardinals.
