May Fundraising Raises $13,000 for Show-Me Honor Flight Veterans
Townsquare Media in conjunction with Casey's General Stores and Sedalia's new car dealers successfully raised $13,000 in May to support the 2012 Show-Me Honor Flight, which provides veterans a trip to Washington DC to visit war memorials for the wars they served in.

The funeral for Lynn Phillips was held at the Celebration Center in Sedalia this morning (May 31). Former students, parents and community members gathered along the east side of Highway 65 to honor the Skyline librarian by holding up children's books as the procession passed.
