A recent traffic stop outside Eldon, MO resulted in the arrest of a 34-year old man on drug trafficking and weapons charges.

A press release from the Miller County Sheriff's Department says in the early morning hours of January 26, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Scrivner Road outside Eldon.

During the traffic stop, authorities reportedly found 3/4 lbs of meth, a large amount of prepackaged marijuana and a firearm. The suspect, 34-year old Nathaniel Davis, of Barnett, was arrested and taken to the Miller County Jail.

Davis was charged with 1st Degree Drug Trafficking and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. He had a bond of $125,000.00.
