I've been reaching out to you guys and asking you a question every day, and you've been giving some great answers. We've talked about everything from movies to superstitions to your relationship, and you haven't been shy about your opinions!

On Monday and Tuesday (on account of Memorial Day), I asked you guys about your favorite funny movies.  Rolling Stone” readers picked the 25 Funniest Movies of All Time, and they gave the top spot to the 1974 Mel Brooks comedy “Blazing Saddles“.  It was followed by “Airplane!” and “Monty Python and the Holy Grail”.  I asked you guys what some of your favorite funny movies were, and you tended to agree with the list.  Some of your favorites were Super Troopers, The Other Guys, Blazing Saddles, Vacation with Chevy Chase, It's a Mad Mad Mad World, and more.

There are too many for me to pick, but some comedies I love include Bruce Almighty, Blazing Saddles, This Means War, and 50 First Dates. Again, these are just some of my favorites.

Oh right, there are quite a few there I'd forgotten about!

Blazing Saddles, have to watch it every time it's on. Well, Monty Python and the Holy Grail too. Princess Bride to be fair... This is hard...

I do have to agree that The Princess Bride is one of those movies that everybody seems to love. And, it's one of those that I think most people have SEEN at some point, unlike some of the others on the list.

On Wednesday, I told you about a story I saw in the news about a guy who was too superstitious for his own good. 19-year-old Daniel Calhon of Snohomish, Washington clearly follows the superstition of holding your breath in a tunnel. He was driving his 1990 Toyota Camry on Sunday afternoon through Manning, Oregon when he went through a tunnel. And he held his breath. Unfortunately, he REALLY committed to the superstition . . . and ended up PASSING OUT. So, I asked you guys about some of your superstitions.

I am superstitious about walking under a ladder, black cats crossing my path, birds hitting my car causing their death, and of course black crows. I do not do/say anything to bring myself good luck but I do have a 4 leaf clover that I found when I was a child that when I feel that I need a bout of good luck, I carry it in my pocket.

Wow, you've had a four leaf clover that long? That's awesome! If I ever found a four leaf clover, it always ended up torn or destroyed.

I think black cats are good luck. I have had good luck since one was dumped at my house and I took it in. I prefer dogs but have fallen in love with this cat, her name is Ebony.  But walking under a ladder bothers me.

That's great. I always kind of felt it was a bum rap that cats got harassed around Halloween.

My aunt wears something red to keep ghosts or spirits away.

I've never heard of that one! I'll have to look that one up and see what that's supposed to mean.  Like, what is it about the color red that's supposed to ward them off?

No, because I have hit hard times (several times) and I'm having them now. Sometimes I think if I didn't have bad luck I wouldn't have any at all!!

I know that one. Sometimes it can feel like nothing goes our way! Keep your head up, though. I'll send you some good vibes, maybe they'll turn into good luck for you.

On Thursday, I asked you guys about your relationship. A new study found that when one person in a relationship has low self-control, the other person eventually follows. So, if the person you’re with eats like crap, never cleans, and constantly wastes money, YOU will too. Or you’ll just break up. So, I asked you guys about what compromises or changes you've made in your relationship?

Relationships are full of compromising. Something I have changed for my relationship is that I stopped getting so angry when my expectations weren't/aren't met (such as husband not helping clean house, husband not getting new toilet paper when the roll is empty, husband not helping fold laundry, etc.).

That sounds very  mature of you! I guess change is inevitable for all of us, huh.

No, both of us are equally responsible and share in the household. Very fortunate.

You are lucky! I'm glad to hear you guys have got your business together.

Yes I have, somewhat. We both realized early on that we both have to give a little.  Things just seem to work out for the best if we can both agree.

You know, that's probably the best way.  Everybody needs to learn to give and take a little.  It's the balance that will really help keep things in check.

Not really, but he sure has!! I am a control freak and he flies by the seat of his pants. However, I'm the one who is usually late and he is always ready before time. Therefore, he has to wait on me constantly. I'm worth it!

You know what, we all are! Every relationship has some good stuff that our significant other sees.  Maybe it's that difference between you two that keeps things interesting!

Anyway.
