A St. Louis bicyclist is recovering from injuries after being struck by a car involved in a street race.

KMOV-TV reports that three weeks after the accident, police still have no suspects.

Harvey Griffin Jr. was riding his bike in north St. Louis on March 26 when two cars began racing in the street. One of them struck Griffin, who suffered injuries to his legs, neck, arms and back.

Both cars left the scene. Griffin says he was left with medical bills that he can't afford.
