The Boonslick Regional Library is growing and changing with the times.  They're adapting, and embracing technology to reach out to our young people and keep them reading. In fact, they have a great e-book collection called OverDrive.  It's something to make it easy for those of you with tablets and e-readers to get the books you want on your devices.  They're also working with our local kids for a Teen Halloween Costume contest and Teen Read week.  I got to talk with Jackie Oliphant of the Boonslick Library's Sedalia branch about those events and programs, and what they've got going on for kids and adults of all ages.

You can still find out more about the reading clubs, the e-book collection, the parties,  or any of their other events by going to their website.  For more information, call 827-READ.

Overdrivingly yours,
Behka
