Bristol Manor Employee Charged With 11 Counts of Forgery
Sedalia Police arrested an employee of Bristol Manor, 501 South Ohio, for forgery and stealing after the complainant suspected her of misappropriating funds meant for the business.
Patricia R. Marden, 58, Sedalia, was arrested and charged with 11 counts of felony forgery and one count of felony stealing on April 25.
She was formerly employed in accounts receivable in the corporate office, according to an official with Bristol Manor. The investigation actually began in March. Marden was immediately terminated upon news of her arrest, the official said. Marden had no contact with the residents, she emphasized.
Marden was transported to the Pettis County Jail and issued a $20,000 cash bond.
