Carthage Police Arrest Two Suspects In Child Abuse Case

CARTHAGE, Mo. (AP) — Police have arrested two people in the death of a girl in Carthage. A woman and a man were arrested Saturday. Carthage police say officers responded to a call about an unresponsive child at the home. Officials say police will recommend the two suspects be charged with child abuse and child endangerment.
