Pettis County Sheriff’s Deputies Arrest Man on Child Pornography Warrant

Deputies from the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office and Investigators from the Missouri State Technical Assistance Team (STAT) arrested William Louis Kelley, 57 years old, on an active arrest warrant for possession of child pornography out of Morgan County, Missouri. His bond was set at $100,000.
