Sedalia Pet Owners: Did You Get Your License?
Awhile back I got a blue piece of paper with my water bill. I read it and was a little surprised to find out that I needed to get a license for my cat.
You probably got one of those letters, too. At first, I thought, "Well, my cat is indoor. I'm sure they mean for people who have outdoor animals or dogs or something." It wouldn't be fair that all large dog owners had to do this, but.... lion owners didn't or something.

Some made light of the fact that President Obama did a private oath on Sunday and then a formal one on Monday. Well this could be for good reason as the President's term goes from Jan. 20 to Jan. 20. However, with the Jan. 20 occurring on a Sunday this year, we could have run into a situation similar to why it is speculated that Atchison was President for one day.
