Which Missouri Cities Will You Travel To for Concerts? [POLL]

The 2013 concert season is already shaping up to be a good one for Missouri.  Between the reunion tours, hot new artists and everyone in between, it seems that more and more artists want to book a show in the the Show-Me State.  Unfortunately for us here in Sedalia/Warrensburg, those shows don't often come right to our backyard like they do in St. Louis or Kansas City.  That means road-tripping for shows.

Luke Bryan Coming to Columbia with Thompson Square and Florida Georgia Line

Luke Bryan will be dropping by Columbia, MO for a concert at Mizzou Arena on Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013.  This stop on the Dirt Road Diaries 2013 tour will include special guests Thompson Square and Florida Georgia Line.

Wounded Warriors Travel to Sedalia to Hunt

Youth season was a success, with four out of the six kids we took out harvesting their first deer.  We still have the second youth season to go, so I'm sure we'll get them back in the woods.

Last week we told you about Wounded Warrior Eric Stadler.  We'll be taking him out hunting this morning just before seven more Wounded Warriors arrive in Sedalia for the first Wounded Warrior hunt in Pettis County.

Our annual Bids for Bargains Radio Auction is returning, starting Nov. 13, 2012 at 12:05 p.m.  You'll be able to catch the auction on the air on KIX 105 and Newstalk 1050.  The auction will be held Tuesday through Friday from noon to 3 p.m. each day, where you'll have the opportunity to bid on tons of great items and save hundreds of dollars!

Wounded Warrior and Quadriplegic Eric Statler Going Deer Hunting This Weekend

I was honored to take out one of our Wounded Warrior veterans to the range. Eric Statler is a quadriplegic whom is paralyzed from the neck down. We took him to sight in his deer rifle at the Sedalia Rod and Gun Club.

Animal Lovers Should Check Out the Boys and Girls Club’s “Teach and Trot”

A big event is coming up next week, something that is good for kids of all ages, whether they grew up in town or out in the country.

The El Dorado Saddle Club, Hoofprints Stables and Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri are teaming up on Saturday, Nov. 17 to present the first annual “Teach & Trot.”  It's an event that's meant to really interest the people who are experienced with horses, or even those kids out there who have always loved horses but never ridden one.
