Show Me Honor Flight Veterans Return to Sedalia [PHOTOS]

The 2013 Show Me Honor Flight veterans returned to Sedalia late last night after their trip to visit their memorials in Washington D.C.  With financial support from the community, the veterans visited the WW II, Korean and Vietnam war memorials.

What Decade Had the Best Music? [POLL]

On Sunday night, I had a moment where I actually thought I was an old man. As I sat watching the Billboard Music Awards, I remember mumbling multiple old man phrases to myself.  Things like, "This music is garbage," "Does anyone really like this?" and "They're clearly lip syncing their performance."

Quickly after the Billboard Music Awards ended, I came to the conclusion that I'm not an old man, new music just really is that bad. I ended up having a heated argument with a few people about what generation had the best music. I made a case for the '60s, but I want you to tell me which decade had the best music.

Run For The Wall 2013 Rolls Through Concordia [PHOTOS]

The 2013 Run For the Wall came through Missouri yesterday (May 20). About 500 bikers made a pit stop in Concordia. The mission of these riders is to promote healing among all veterans and their family and friends and to call for an accounting of all Prisoners of War and those Missing In Action. In addition, the motorcycle ride is to honor the memory of those Killed in Action from all wars and to show support of those currently serving.
