90+ degrees one day...77 degrees the next. Hello, Missouri! We're less than four weeks from the first day of Autumn. As we roll into the month of September, the 22nd is the first day of Fall. Are you ready?

My internet history NOW is embarrassing enough.

I just went through a Facebook post that had a list of about 20 words that you most likely don't use or haven't heard of before. I guess you go a step further and say there are some phrases that we haven't heard in a while since they came out of our grandparent's mouths.

Kids these days will never know the struggle and the pain we went through back in the day when we would try to sign on to the world wide web with a dial up internet connection. Of course, back then, we probably didn't think too much about it since it was all that we had...

For most of us the memories from years past are very dear and we hold them close. Whether with friends and/or family, it's the recollections of days past that make us appreciate the past.

Times have definitely changed in regards to how we can work out.

I'm old enough to remember this event but I don't. I was 14 years old, and I was less than 90 miles away from Sedalia in 1974. I had just moved back to Butler, MO from Albuquerque, New Mexico so I'm guessing I was getting acclimated to my surroundings in my hometown...

Since most of our lives have changed in some degree due to COVID-19, I think back to a time when things seemed a little more simple.

Why was I not at that show? Did everyone get adequately sexed up?
