Starship and Foreigner Bring the Noise to the Pepsi Grandstand [PHOTOS]

It was a lovely evening for the Starship and Foreigner Concert at The Pepsi Grandstand Show on Friday night (Aug. 9). Prior to the show there, was a Meet and Greet with Foreigner. They were very generous with their fans getting photographs and signing autographs. They performed some of their greatest hits. During Foreigner's song, "I Want to Know What Love Is," they brought the Green Ridge High School Choir on stage to sing along with them. What a wonderful experience that had to be for them. The choir helped sell Foreigner's CDs at the show, and a portion of the proceeds went to the choir.

Chris Cagle and Will Hoge Kick Off the 2013 Missouri State Fair Concerts [PICTURES]

The Chicks Dig It at the 111th Missouri State Fair, but I think it's safe to say EVERYONE was digging the show that Chris Cagle and Will Hoge put on at the Pepsi Grandstand Thursday night. Missouri State Fair Parade Rolls Through the Fairgrounds [PHOTOS]

Opening Day of the Missouri State Fair wouldn't be complete without the annual parade! Fairgoers lined the streets as a long line of Missouri organizations rolled through the fairgrounds this afternoon (Aug. 8).

100-Year-Old WWII Veteran Finally Gets His Free Haircut from Dick’s Barber Shop [PHOTOS]

Brian Dick of Dick's Barber Shop in historic Downtown Sedalia had to pay up a bet up to World War II veteran Walter "Mac" McBride. Mac has been going to Dick's Barber Shop for years, and when Brian's dad Frank Dick retired, he told Brian that he never once got a free haircut from Frank. This was about four years ago, and Mac asked Brian when he would give him one. Brian told Mac when he turns 100 years old, he would give him a free haircut.

Kenji Nakayama and Christopher Hope buy signs from homeless people in the Boston area for $10 and give them a new hand-painted sign in its place. They also share the stories of these people on their Tumblr Signs for the Homeless to raise awareness.
