Car Mart Holds Customer Appreciation Sale, Collects Fans to Keep Sedalians Cool [PHOTOS]

Kids, today I went over to America's Car Mart here in Sedalia so that they could tell us all about their new Customer Appreciation Day. They're doing a great thing where if you bring in four box fans, they'll take $1000 off your down payment.  Those fans go to local people in need here in our area.   They cooked up some lunch and we gave away some great prizes!

Korean War Veterans Recognized in Ceremony at Sedalia VFW

Doug Says Goodbye To the Beard at Dick’s Barber Shop [PHOTOS]

Today was the end of the beard-growing fun for me. People kept asking me if the beard was growing on me, and while it may have been growing, it is definitely not for me. Harry and Kaleb Filis both gave me a great idea: get a straight edge shave. I had never done that before, but heard it had an amazing feel.
