Chaffee Man Charged In Rape And Assault Of His Pregnant Wife

CHAFFEE, Mo. (AP) — A Chaffee man has been charged in the rape and assault of his pregnant wife. A man faces several charges including first-degree rape, second-degree domestic assault and felonious restraint. Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter says a woman who is 7 months pregnant told officers she had been raped by her husband that morning and held against her will for the rest of the day.
