Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County Law Day on January 8, 2019.

Aaron M. Stevenson: age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Property Damage.


 

Daniel L. Moss: age 55, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to concurrent terms of 15 and 10 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Trafficking (Methamphetamine) and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (Methamphetamine).


 

Rodney D. Ballew: age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 2 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for two counts of Driving While Revoked.


 

Christina H. Horn: age 25, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 10 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 559.119 ITC for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine).


 

Ahmad J. Dupree: age 26, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to concurrent 4 and 2 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (1count Stealing and 1 count Resisting).


 

David Wayne Keele: age 57, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to three 2 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for two counts of Driving While Revoked and one count Driving While Intoxicated.


 

Derrick Allen Clay: age 35, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine).


 

Robert A. Gullett: age 28, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 10 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Assault in the First Degree.


 

Jamie Wendel: age 50, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to three 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine).
