City of Sedalia Customer Survey Now Available

Sedalia’s annual Customer Service Survey will soon be arriving at every household. Again this year, it will be enclosed with water bills.

Additionally, the survey will be available on-line at the Sedalia webpage, www.cityofsedalia.com. The on-line survey can only be completed one-time per computer.

The purpose of the annual survey is to measure citizen satisfaction or dissatisfaction with municipal services. Responses will be measured against surveys from previous years. This year, there will be questions on rental inspections, recycling and twice-a-month yard waste pick-up services.

The 2017 survey is the fifth questionnaire that has been conducted citywide. Completed surveys may be deposited in a special box at the Sedalia Water Department, dropped off or mailed to the Municipal Building, attention of the City Administrator, 200 S. Osage Avenue, Sedalia, Missouri 65301 or completed online at www.cityofsedalia.com.

The deadline for submitting surveys received in your water bill or on-line is Monday, August 7, 2017.
