Clinton Man Injured in Benton County Motorcycle Crash

A Clinton man was seriously injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred in Benton County just after noon today.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 59-year-old Gary A. Hibbs was the driver of a northbound Kawasaki 1500 on Highway B, south of Henning Road, when the motorcycle ran off the right side of the roadway, slid on its left side and came to rest in the ditch.

Hibbs was transported by Life Flight Eagle to University Hospital with serious injuries.

The Kawasaki had minor damage.
