Clinton Man Seriously Injured in One-Car Crash

A Clinton man was seriously injured in a one-vehicle crash in Henry County Thursday morning.

Michael G. Wiltfong, 57, was the driver of a northbound 2003 Mercedes that ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree on 7 Highway at NW 300 Road at 9:15 a.m.

The Mercedes was totaled, and Wiltfong was transported by Life Flight to Research Medical Center, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said. The Henry County Sheriff's Office assisted with the investigation.
