Connie L. Brummet, 85

Connie L. Brummet age 85 of Sedalia passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at Fair View Nursing Home.

She was born on August 19, 1928 in Otterville daughter of George and Grace Roe Putnam.

Connie graduated from Otterville High School. She worked in Home Health Care. She was a member of the Syracuse Baptist Church where she was baptized. She enjoyed sewing and quilting.

She had a wide circle of friends. She is survived by two sons: Russell Brummet (Michelle) and Richard Brummet both of Sedalia, two sisters: Marjorie Smith (Jim) of Sedalia and Martha Schulz (Robert E.) of Louisville, Kentucky, two grandchildren. She is preceded by one sister: Gladys Putnam, four brothers: Maynard Putnam, T.J. Putnam, Wilbur Putnam and Jim Putnam.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, January 4, 2014 with Rev. Marlin Brown officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Sam Brummet, Mike Brummet, John Bakert, Jr., Dale Kruse, D.J. Kruse and Owen Fox.

Friends may call after 11:00 A.M. Saturday with the family receiving friends from 1:00 P.M. until service time. Burial will be in I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Otterville. You may leave condolences online at ewingschuttesemlerfh.com
