Cora Esther Clark age 72 of Sedalia passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at Bothwell Regional Health Center.

She was born on May 29, 1942 in Hughesville daughter of Tristom Worth and Roxie Ann Walker Clark. Cora graduated from Smithton High School in 1961. She lived here most all of her life.

She was active in her church and community. She loved animals and especially her dog Pumpkin.

She is survived by one brother; John S. Clark of Dallas, Texas, one sister-in-law; Donna Clark of Higginsville, seven nieces and nephews; Barbara Liedtke of Peyton, Colorado, David Clark of Dallas, Texas, Duane Clark of Flower Mound, Texas, Robert Clark of Kansas City, Missouri, Sandy Starke of Higginsville, Patty Perez and Debbie Crabtree both of Blue Springs, numerous great nieces and nephews. She was preceded by her parents, two brothers; E. A. Clark and Fred Clark, one sister-in-law; Loretta Clark.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Ewing-Schutte-Semler Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Hankins officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until service time.

Burial will be on Monday, July 14, 2014 at North Lawn Cemetery in Salem, Missouri. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Mid Missouri Humane Society in Sedalia or Lafayette County Cancer Coalition in Higginsville. You may leave condolences online at ewingschuttesemlerfh.com
