Cora Faye Reese, 95

Cora Faye Reese, 95, of Harrison, AR, formerly of Sedalia, died Monday, February 18, 2013, at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison.

She was born September 14, 1917, in Walker, MO, a daughter of the late Bert and Myrtle Mae (Cofer) Richardson. On January 6, 1944, in Sedalia, she married George R. Reese, who died June 1, 2000.

She was raised and educated in Sedalia. She was a sales clerk at JC Penney for many years until she retired. She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church and was active in United Methodist Women until she moved to Harrison, AR, in 1999.

She is survived by two children, Robert Reese, of Harrison, AR, and Beverly Sharp, of Overland Park, KS; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 2 pm, Wednesday, February 19, 2013, at Miller Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. Shelby Seelinger officiating. Friends may call from 11 am until 1 pm at McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.
