The following cases were heard in the Circuit Court of Pettis County on October 5, 2015.

Appearing for the State:  Phillip Sawyer.

Brady Allred:  34, Sedalia, was sentenced to concurrent 7 year sentences in the Department of Corrections for possession of controlled substances (Dextroamphetamine and Hydrocodone) on May 31, 2015.

Jared Monsees: 28, Sedalia, was sentenced to 4 years in the Department of Corrections for Receiving Stolen Property after pleading guilty to possessing stolen wire from RCL Wiring on July 20, 2015.

James Kronk:  38, Sedalia, was sentenced to 120 days to serve in the Pettis County Jail after pleading guilty to Forgery.  The defendant was accused of using a stolen debit card to make an unauthorized purchase at Break Time November 3, 2014.

Travis Lawson:  34, Sedalia, was sentenced to 5 years in the Department of Corrections after pleading guilty to possessing methamphetamine on February 8, 2015.

Laura Martin: 26, Sedalia, was sentenced to six concurrent 7 year terms in the Department of Corrections after pleading guilty to possession of methamphetamine on six separate occasions.  Martin was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and sentenced to 30 days in the Pettis County Jail for that offense.

George Mobley:  43, Sedalia, was sentenced to 7 years in the Department of Corrections for Possession of Methamphetamine on June 24, 2015.

Derick Schreiner: 37, Sedalia, pled guilty to Burglary 1st Degree, Receiving Stolen Property, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon and received sentences of 5, 5 and 4 years respectively in the Department of Corrections.  On August 7, 2015, the defendant entered WalMart, knowing he was not permitted to be there, for the purpose of stealing and while doing so he was in possession of and had concealed upon his person, a stolen, loaded handgun.  The defendant was arrested shortly after fleeing the area.

Michael Harvey:  52, Sedalia, pled guilty to the B felony of Driving While Intoxicated as a chronic offender and felony Driving While Revoked.  Sentencing has been scheduled for December 16, 2015 for the Court to hear arguments from the State and the Defendant.

Anthony Reed:  34, Sedalia, was sentenced to 2 years in the Department of Corrections to run consecutive to a sentence he is currently serving after pleading guilty to possession of methamphetamine.
