On the 4th of January 2016 The Honorable Robert L. Koffman heard the following cases in the Circuit Court of Pettis County, with Prosecuting Attorney for Pettis County, Phillip T. Sawyer appearing for the state.

28-year-old Justin Crum of Sedalia pleaded guilty of possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine and Hydrocodone). He was sentenced to 5-years in the Department of Corrections on each count.

29-year-old Melinda Davis of Sedalia pled guilty to the felony offenses of Tampering with a Motor Vehicle in the 1st degree, and Possession of a controlled Substance (Xanax). She was sentenced to 5-years in the Department of Corrections on each count.

Justin Denny 35-years Old of Sedalia pled guilty to felony driving while revoked and was sentenced to 120-days in the Pettis County Jail.
