Daniel Wayne Aldrich, 64, of Florence, MO, passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at University Hospital, Columbia. He was born on September 24, 1950, a son of Anna Belle Smith.

On May 9, 2003 in Sedalia, he was united in marriage to Tracy Watson, who survives of the home.

Daniel enjoyed hunting, fishing, spoonbill snagging, and welding. He also enjoyed sports of all kinds, and especially loved to play golf.

Besides his wife, he is survived by five children, Charles Aldrich of Sedalia, Dana Wilborn of Edwards, MO, Patrick Aldrich (Jennifer) of Sedalia, Benjamin Knox (Stephanie) of Sedalia, and Erica Lee (Kevin) of Sedalia; ten grandchildren, Jordan, Jasmine, Haley, Rian, Treigh, Krista, Layla, Peyton, Kaytlynn, and Raylynn; and three great grandchildren, Ty, Haven, and Trace.

He was preceded in death by his mother and one brother, David Aldrich.

A memorial gathering of friends and family will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday, November 17, 2014 at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.

Honorary bearers will be Bill Peoples, David White, Park Denny, Kevin Lee, Scott Watson, and Chris Watson.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Ronald McDonald House in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
