David Albert Keele, 53, of Sedalia, died Friday, February 13, 2015, at his home.  He was born on March 7, 1961, in Regensburg, Germany, a son of William and Margaret (Stoiber) Keele.

In 1973, he moved with his family to Sedalia.  On July 4, 2003, at their home in Sedalia, he was united in marriage to Ila Uptegrove.

He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, Sedalia, Missouri.  He was a flooring installer at Tile Time and had worked at Cookbook Publishing, Rival and Tyson.

Besides his wife, he is survived by:
two daughters, Kristain Jeanette Ford and her husband Chris Lee of Columbia and Margaret Michelle Keele of Sedalia;
two step-sons, Robert Lairmore and his wife Tracy and John Lairmore and his wife Rosa, all of Sedalia;
two sisters, Jane Chancellor and her husband Jim and Margie Evans and her husband Bill, all of Sedalia;
two brothers, Mike Keele and his wife Crystal of Texas and Calvin Stoiber of Germany;
sixteen grandchildren, Keisha, Kaija, Christopher, Trevaughn, Shaniya, Jayden, Shamakeith, Cassieann, Dakota, Camron, Logan, Nikiya, Travis, Todd, Kaleb, and Nathan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Margaret Keele, and a son, Christopher David Keele.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2015, at Fox Funeral Home, Cole Camp, with Chaplain Bill Douglas officiating.  Burial will be in Mount Herman Cemetery, north of Sedalia.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be given to the family in care of the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Robert Holman, Jr., Jason Uptegrove, Tony Holman, Sonny Fox, Robert Merritt, Gabriel Keele and Jim Piper.
