Deputy Pettis County Assessor Christopher Woolery to Run For Assessor in 2016 Election
Christopher Woolery, the current Deputy Assessor of Pettis County, is seeking the election of Pettis Count Assessor.
Woolery is a University of Central Missouri graduate who studied business attaining a BSBA Degree prior to working for the Assessor’s Office in 2011. In that time, he has worked under 2 Assessors and served in numerous responsibilities with the scope of the office as well as earning a Master’s Degree from UCM. He was given the position of Deputy Assessor in 2014 and has been serving Pettis County in that capacity since.
Woolery is responsible for balancing and reporting the assessment roll to the State Tax Commission. He has been instrumental in the implementation of the e-file system, personal property depreciation classification, and handling the TIF assessments.
