Diane Kay Williams, 59, of Smithton, passed away, Friday, September 28, 2012 at her home.

She was born on April 11, 1953, in Sedalia, a daughter of Lester and Nora (Morlock) Rosenhan.   On July 27, 1974 in Sedalia she was united in marriage to Micheal E. Williams, who survives of the home.   Diane worked at Hayes Lemmerz for 35 years, from 1979 – 2012. She was a former member of Sedalia Lions Club and attended Flat Creek Baptist Church, Smithton.  She enjoyed making quilts and going shopping.   Besides her husband, she is survived by three children, Tammy Hall and her husband Edward of Smithton, Kevin Williams of Washington, MO and stepson, Steven Williams and his wife Melissa of Columbia; five grandchildren, Brittany and Chelsy Hall; Allison, Cole and Janszen Williams; one sister, Ruth Ann Elliott and her husband Kenneth of Satuma, FL; six step grandchildren, Ocean, Jette, Zander, Alyssa, Zack and Devon.   Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Leonard Rosenhan.   Funeral service will be held at 10:30 am, Monday, October 1, 2012, at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia, with Rev. Ed Broyles officiating.   Pallbearers will be Steve Elliott, Shannon Elliott, Andy Williams, John Poppinga, Steve Williams and Eric Asher.   The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 30, 2012 from 4:00 – 6:00pm at the funeral chapel.   Memorial contributions are suggested to Flat Creek Baptist Church or the American Cancer Society in care of the funeral chapel.
